Achilles tendon rupture – surgery – quick and lasting follow-up treatment – but how?

by | Sep 11, 2024

Achilles tendon ruptures are not that rare.
And then what?
And how do they heal quickly?

How long does it take to heal after an Achilles tendon rupture?
It usually takes up to six weeks for the tendon to heal almost completely after an Achilles tendon rupture.
However, it can still take up to a year for the tendon to fully rehabilitate – depending on age, genetics and aftercare.
I found this text excerpt on MVZ im Heliuos.
This refers to the normal case with standard therapy.

Here are my experiences

Causes of Achilles tendon ruptures:

Here is the first difference to the usual reports:

  • Overloading, not warming up enough, incorrect footwear and unsuitable surfaces are of course reasons or contributory causes of Achilles tendon ruptures
  • Very important – foot misalignments due to previous injuries or massive poor posture are very often a reason for Achilles tendon irritation.
This causes the tarsal bones and ankle bones to stick together , usually in an incorrect position.
This often results in swelling, low resilience, irritation, lack of balance when standing on one leg, etc. Tissue that is often irritated loses quality and tears easily.
  • Due to these adhesions, the foot position is also suboptimal and the foot rolls out of round.
This leads to knee, groin, hip and spine problems.
  • Of course, emotional or mental stress and too much pressure can also lead to overstressing and misalignments in the ankle joint and thus to overloading the Achilles tendon .

So, holistic diagnosis alone brings very special connections into play, but .

Holistic treatment using the tailoring method

It is not possible to give an exact description of the process as each situation is individual, but I would like to mention a few key points of the treatment.

  • A thorough examination for old injuries (very often you will also find old scars in the foot/leg area or in meridians leading to the feet) and also check the jaws for hardness and misalignments, as misalignments or weaknesses can also originate from there.
  • Freeing the meridians and adhesions in the surgical area.
I have to say that the modulation technique or, in other words, the three-dimensional treatment technique of the tailoring method offers possible solutions generally in the tissue, in this case in the scar tissue, which you cannot imagine in this way.
    You have to experience it.
Then there is also the combination with the APM rod.
This means that even thick scars can be dissolved in one or two sessions, but completely dissolved.
  • It is also very important to correct the adhesions or misalignments in the ankle area, which can be very intensive work, but is incredibly effective.
This is also a basic prerequisite for healing Achilles tendon ruptures,

The rest will follow tomorrow!
