Pour water into a glass, e.g. 250 ml and put the cut aloe vera leaf with the cut into the glass for one day.

Preparation of aloe vera tincture

To do this, first remove the peel/skin of the aloe vera plant. You sort of fillet the plant and put the gelatinous flesh in a jar.
Cut the aloe vera peel into pieces.
This makes a very valuable tincture for joints. The pieces of peel are placed in a sealable 500 ml jar and to this is poured 200 ml of one hundred percent alcohol. Then come 100 ml of natural honey. Then close the glass lid.
Then wrap the jar in a cloth and leave in the refrigerator for seven days. Then grind everything in a blender. Then strain. This tincture eliminates joint pain. To do this, apply the tincture to the aching joints 3 – 4 times a day. This tincture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to six months.
Aloe vera oil production
Aloe vera gel can be used to make natural creams for skin rejuvenation.
Put the gel/meat in a large jar or pitcher, destroy and stir.
Take 200 ml of water and one tablespoon of the mixed aloe gel, mix and then add one teaspoon of natural honey, mix again.
Then drink a sip (I guess) of it every day after breakfast for ten days.
Apply pure aloe gel to the skin (face, hands, arms and wherever) twice a day after washing.
Store the aloe gel in the refrigerator for one month.
