How much cholesterol does the brain need

by | Sep 22, 2023

People are always saying that you should eat a low-cholesterol diet. Only one egg a day and so on. But is that really true? There are studies on people who ate over twenty eggs a day and had the best blood values.

The brain needs a lot of cholesterol. When you eat natural foods, taste tells you if it fits or not. The same applies to salt. So, go back to your instincts, your sense of taste, your feeling tells you if something fits or not and forget about the recommendations that are made.

Industrially modified products are exempt from the rule. They camouflage and deceive, turn off the natural measuring instruments of the human body.

Alzheimer’s is a starvation syndrome, a cholesterol deficiency syndrome!

🦅 from darkness into light. The truth comes to light. There is a lot of evidence that “Alzheimer’s is a doctor caused disease!!!!
It didn’t even occur in humans over 40 years ago!!! And now it’s the #4 cause of death in people over 65 in the U.S.!!!
What is Alzheimer’s disease? Well, it is the disappearance of the insulation of your brain, the myelin!!! What is myelin made of? It consists of CHOLESTERIN!!!
“If you are on a low cholesterol diet or medication for cholesterol, this is the fastest way to Alzheimer’s disease.”
Health is part of personal responsibility and is simple in principle. Eat naturally and what you like and as much as you like. You can hardly eat too much of natural foods (compared to the many fillers offered), because when your needs are met (for the moment), the taste changes and you don’t want to keep eating or switch to another food.
“We have lost the natural instincts,” they say. No, that’s not true. It’s just a matter of paying attention to them again.
So, stay healthy, eat natural foods , best from your own garden, from real organic farmers (not standard organic farmers) or from permaculture farms.
